  • Daniel McNaughton

    Dr. Daniel McNaughton, founder of Learning to Follow Ministries, is a consultant, coach, and trainer who is passionate about helping leaders develop healthy, discipling, and multiplying churches. He currently serves as Professor of Practical Ministries and Old Testament in the Barnett College of Ministry and Theology at Southeastern University, Lakeland, FL. Before that he served as a consultant and coach for Learning to Follow Ministries and also served in executive pastor roles at Christian Life Assembly, Camp Hill, PA, and Allison Park Church, Pittsburgh, PA. He was the founder and lead pastor of Spring Valley Community Church in Royersford, Pennsylvania, where he served for 6 years. He is the author of the book Learning to Follow Jesus a book that helps people grow in seven essential attributes of the follower of Jesus. He also co-authored The Spiritual Coaching Toolkit. He served for two years as the lead church planter trainer with the Church Multiplication Network of the Assemblies of God. Prior to that, he served as a Bible and Church Ministries professor and in administration at the University of Valley Forge for over a decade. He completed a MATS and a PhD in Old Testament at Gordon-Conwell and University of Toronto respectively.

  • Bryan Koch

    Bryan Koch has served as Lead Pastor for Glad Tidings Church in Reading, Pennsylvania for over 20 years. Before being called to the ministry, Bryan was a professional baseball player in the Chicago White Sox organization. Drawing on his experiences as an athlete, husband, and father, Bryan communicates with an authentic, open style that allows him to be transparent and real with people. He is a frequent conference speaker, specializing in training churches in leadership development. However, Bryan’s true passion is helping people become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

  • Claude Valdes

    Claude Valdes, Jr., spent over a decade in youth ministry and is currently the Executive Pastor at Word of Life Assembly of God in Baldwinsville, New York. He is a frequent speaker at youth events and youth worker conferences, communicating from a Christ-centered perspective with transparency and humor. Claude also consults for churches and youth groups in the area of organizational leadership. He is addicted to the local church and seeing it function as God intended. Claude has dedicated his life to learning to follow Jesus and helping others do the same.

  • Christine Kreisher

    Christine Kreisher, a life coach and speaker, received her training at Coach University and the Pioneer Coach Training Institute. She has been the featured speaker for numerous local, regional, and statewide organizations. Christine joined the staff of Glad Tidings Church to be their Director of Family Ministry in 2007 where she works with hundreds of volunteers to create relevant environments for families to learn the life-changing truths of God’s Word. One of her greatest passions is working with ministry leaders and entrepreneurs to develop creative, out of the box strategies for growth and success. She is the author of the Follow 4:Kidz K-to-5th grade curriculum.

  • Jane Abbate

    Jane is a follower of Jesus, wife to Bill and mom to her three cats Mocha, Bella and Luca. Jane’s personal adventure of faith is rooted in her successful executive career when she learned firsthand the challenges, benefits, and downsides of success. With a warm heart for women, Jane now travels the country coaching, speaking, and teaching to equip and encourage women to lead fulfilling, purposeful, happy lives.

  • Rocco DiTrolio

    Rocco has been involved in evangelism, and church planting. He has been a missionary in Argentina since 1988 and is currently co-pastoring the Life Christian Center in Buenos Aires Argentina. He founded a Center for Church Planting for Latin America which serves to investigate church planting in Spanish speaking countries, encourage and inspire national leaders and pastors of the need to plant new churches, provide relevant materials as well as training. This network serves to exchange principles and dynamics for church planting throughout the Spanish speaking world.
